Managed Process & AI Automation : A process expert in your business. Automation that sticks.

Learn the process · automate it · upskill your team

Golonex puts a process lead in a seat inside your business — dedicated or fractional — who learns how the work really gets done, then automates it with workflow tools and AI. Lower cost, fewer errors, and a team that knows how to work with what we build.

Under Fractional Leadership. Automation runs inside the AI governance the seat owns — inventoried, overseen, and evidenced.

The seat

A process lead who learns your business first.

Automation fails when it is built by people who do not understand the process. So the first thing Golonex provides is not a tool — it is a person who takes a seat in your business and learns it.

  • Sits inside your operations — joins the stand-ups, shadows the people who do the work, and learns the exceptions nobody wrote down
  • Maps each process as it really runs today, with the team that runs it
  • Measures a baseline before anything changes: time spent, error and rework rate, cycle time
  • Owns the automation backlog and orders it by return, not by what is easiest to build
  • Stays after go-live to run the automations, handle exceptions, and keep improving them
How it works

Learn, measure, automate, run.

01

Learn

The process lead works alongside your team until they understand the process, the systems it touches, and where it breaks.

02

Measure

A written baseline — time, errors, rework, cycle time — so every saving afterwards is measured against something real.

03

Automate

Workflow automation, document AI, and AI assistants built with human checkpoints wherever a decision matters.

04

Run and improve

Automations monitored, exceptions handled, and results reported monthly against the baseline.

What you get

Lower cost. Fewer errors. A team ready for AI.

Every outcome is measured against the baseline taken before anything changed, and reported to you monthly.

Cost savings

Hours of manual work returned to your team, measured against the baseline and reported every month.

Fewer human errors

Validation, reconciliation, and checks built into the flow, so mistakes are caught before they reach a customer or the ledger.

Faster cycle times

Approvals, hand-offs, and data entry that took days can run in minutes, with a full audit trail.

A team ready for AI

Your people learn to work with the automations and AI tools, and to own the process when it changes.

What we automate

The work between your systems and your people.

Documents

Invoices, purchase orders, claims, forms, and contracts read, checked, and entered by intelligent document processing.

Approvals and hand-offs

Requests routed to the right person with the context they need, chased automatically, and recorded.

Data between systems

Re-keying between ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and spreadsheets replaced with integrations that reconcile.

Reporting and reconciliation

Month-end, management, and compliance reports assembled and checked without the copy-paste.

Customer and service requests

Inbound email and tickets triaged and drafted by AI, with a person approving what goes out.

Onboarding and HR workflows

New starters, leavers, and access changes run as one tracked process across every system they touch.

AI adoption & literacy

Your people learn to work with it.

Automation that the team does not understand gets worked around. Upskilling is part of the service, not an add-on.

Formal AI-literacy training with attendance evidence runs through our security awareness and training programme.

  • Hands-on sessions on the automations each team works with, so nobody is handed a black box
  • AI tools practised on your people’s real tasks — drafting, summarising, analysing — with guidance on what not to share
  • Process owners trained to handle exceptions and request changes
Guardrails

Automated, and still accountable.

Every automation is built to be explained to an auditor, a regulator, or your board.

  • Every automation recorded in your AI and automation inventory, with a named owner
  • Human checkpoints wherever an automated step makes a decision that matters
  • Data stays in your tenant and your tools; third-party models are used only where the provider’s terms exclude training on your data, documented per automation
  • Logs and an audit trail for every run, kept as evidence

Who runs it

A process lead, with engineers when the build needs them.

The process lead is always there — they are the person who knows your business. Engineers join when the scope is bigger than one person can build and run well.

Option one

A process lead

One Golonex process expert in a seat in your business, dedicated or fractional, who learns the process, builds the automations, and runs them.

Fits when

  • The processes of one department or one process family, with an engineer briefed for cover
  • Automation on tools you already own, such as Power Automate
  • Steady improvement over months rather than a single large build
Option two

A dedicated team

The process lead, automation and integration engineers, and a project manager (dedicated or fractional) — one plan, one monthly report.

Fits when

  • Several departments automated in parallel
  • High-volume document processing
  • Integrations across ERP, CRM, HR, and finance systems
  • AI assistants or agents that need engineering and testing at scale

Either way, one named lead answers for it — and reports to you every month.

FAQ

Managed process & AI automation — your questions, answered

What is a process lead? +

A Golonex process expert who takes a seat in your business, dedicated or fractional. They learn how your work actually gets done, measure it, decide what to automate first, and own the automations once they are live. You deal with one person who knows your business, not a project team that leaves after go-live.

How is this different from hiring automation developers? +

Managed talent gives you automation specialists that your team directs. Here, Golonex owns the outcome: the process lead decides what to automate, builds it with engineers as needed, measures the result, and runs it afterwards.

Is it one person or a team? +

It depends on the scope. One process lead can own the processes of a department and build most of the automations. Several departments, high-volume document processing, or integrations across ERP, CRM, and finance need automation engineers alongside the lead.

How do you measure the savings? +

Against a written baseline taken before anything changes — time spent, errors and rework, cycle time. The monthly report shows each automation against that baseline, so the return is a number, not a claim.

Does automation mean cutting staff? +

That is your decision, not ours. What we commit to is returning time and reducing errors. Most clients redeploy the time to work that needs judgment, and the upskilling is there so your people can work with the automations rather than around them.

Which tools do you use? +

The ones that fit your estate: Power Automate and Copilot Studio in a Microsoft environment, n8n or Make where they fit better, intelligent document processing, and large language models under your governance. Where you already own a tool, we use it.

How is it priced? +

Fixed monthly pricing by seat, dedicated or fractional, set before the month starts. A process lead seat carries a six-month minimum, because learning a process properly takes time; engineers added for a build are scoped as a team, three to six months.

Start with the process that hurts most.

Tell us where the manual work, the errors, or the delays are. Thirty minutes is enough to say what a process lead would look at first.
