Who we are, how we work, and who runs it.
Golonex is an initiative of Radha Technology Group, LLC — headquartered in New Jersey, with an operating branch in India. We exist because technology without an owner is the exposure most companies carry and nobody prices: no one whose job it is to own the outcome. We put a name there.
The knowing part is free now. The owning part is not.
Any agent can explain a standard, draft a policy, or sketch an architecture. What it cannot do is own the estate, sign the plan, sit across from the assessor, hold a seat on an org chart, or answer to a board. Companies that cannot staff that seat — and most under a certain size cannot — carry the gap as risk. Golonex was founded to close it.
It does not matter who builds or who supplies talent. The seat owns the outcome.
That sentence is the whole model. Your MSP stays, your engineers stay, your vendors stay. What changes is that one accountable person now directs them and answers for the result — and that person is backed by a firm.

A named lead on every engagement
Someone whose name goes on the plan, the risk register, and the monthly report — and who answers to you for the outcome. Never a ticket queue, never a rotating bench.
Continuity is built in
A second senior Golonex professional is briefed on every engagement, so the work does not depend on one person’s calendar and a change of lead does not reset the program.
Accountability is written down — and bounded
Accountability is Golonex’s, not just an individual’s. The terms are set per engagement, scoped, and walked through on the first call. Never unlimited, never vague.
Evidence lives in your infrastructure
Most tools generate artefacts and park your logs in their environment. We build the evidence so it lives in yours — owned, defensible, and current between assessments.
We prepare. We never assess.
The C3PAO assesses CMMC, the QSA assesses PCI DSS, an accredited body certifies ISO. A firm that prepares you cannot also grade you, and we do not pretend otherwise.
Not an MSP. Not an MSSP.
We do not resell software or security products, operate a SOC, or sell incident response. Your vendors stay; we hold them to the framework and prove their controls work.

We do not send slide decks. We build management systems, write the policies people actually follow, set up and run estates, instrument controls, and coordinate with assessors and certification bodies. The outcome is documented, evidenced, and owned by the client.
